We provide AI-powered property insights, listings, and dashboards to investors, developers, landlords, buyers, sellers, and agents.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PropQA platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Users under 16 or legally prohibited from using the Platform are not permitted access. You are responsible for ensuring all individuals using the Platform through your network also comply with these Terms.
Additional Applicable Terms
These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, which complies with Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, international standards such as the GDPR. If using our mobile app, the App Terms of Use may also apply.

We review all content, including listings and media, to avoid intellectual property infringement or legal violations. We comply with platform-specific data deletion requests and take immediate action where required to remain policy-compliant.
Data Protection and Privacy Commitment
We are fully committed to global data privacy laws, including UAE’s PDPL, GDPR, and similar privacy frameworks. We collect and process personal and property-related data (e.g., addresses, browsing behavior) solely for legitimate business purposes—such as delivering personalized recommendations, improving our AI capabilities, and enhancing user experience.
Our Privacy Policy clearly outlines the types of data we collect, how it is used, and your rights to access, control, or delete your data. Marketing-related data collection is opt-in, and users have full control over their preferences.

How You May Use Platform Material
We or our licensors retain all rights to content. You may use materials for personal or internal business use under the following conditions:
- No modification of materials;
- Visual content is not separated from accompanying text;
- Proper attribution is given
- Our logos and trademarks remain protected—unauthorized use is prohibited.
Account Security and Access
You must create an account to access the Platform. Your login credentials must remain confidential. Notify us at support@propqa.ai if you suspect a breach. We may disable access in case of policy violations.
Use of Services
Users can:
- Submit property listings
- Access AI-powered insights
- Request visits and market intelligence
Sellers retain ownership of listings but grant PropQA a license to display and process this data to improve AI outputs. Users are responsible for verifying insights provided by AI tools before making business decisions.
Data Contributions and Responsibilities
By contributing property data, you warrant its accuracy and compliance with UAE laws. You may report inaccuracies to support@propqa.ai, and we will investigate. Confirmed inaccuracies will be removed or corrected, though we are not liable for resulting losses. Disputes fall under Dubai court jurisdiction.
Prohibited Actions
You must not:
- Use bots or scripts to scrape data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the Platform
- Upload malicious content
- Violate intellectual property or impersonate others
Violations may result in access termination or legal action.
Our Responsibility for Service Reliability
We strive to maintain 99% uptime and a secure experience. However, we are not liable for outages, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen interruptions. Users are responsible for secure access and local configurations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, PropQA is not liable for damages—direct, indirect, or consequential—resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including financial loss or data corruption.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. Our AI tools offer general insights and are not a substitute for professional or legal advice.
Termination and Data Removal
We may terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms. You may also request account deletion by contacting support@propqa.ai. Personal data will be deleted within 60 days unless retention is legally required. Anonymized data may be retained to improve our services.
Changes to the Terms or Platform
We may modify these Terms or any feature of the Platform without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users should check https://propqa.ai periodically for updates.
